The Philm Pit - Out For Blood

When going through insane b movie ideas, a lot of times I revisit old stuff I did years ago. This is no exception. Meet actor Paul Zimmerman who is "Out For Blood!". I mean that literally, that's his character's name David Out For Blood. He actually originated from a sleazy action movie parody I did years ago called the "X Factor". The name David Out For Blood came from an observation when I came across the movie "Out For Justice" which had on the title "Steven Seagal is Out For Justice". I thought it'd be amusing if that was actually his name in the movie so I wrote that into this character. I actually do want to use him more since I envision him as a gritty inner city cop with the brains of Inspector Gadget.

Movie plot(Taken from the Secret Underground Film Preservation Society)
-David Out For Blood is a cop who wants to take down the heroin dealers that are corrupting New York City. The police chief warns David that he'll "Cut his f***** head off" if he tries. However, unknown to David the police chief is actually in league with the heroin dealers(SHOCKING!!!).

Movie trivia
-The film was helmed by Italian director Mark Taylor(Real name Mario Scòzzari)who spoke very little English. Mark hated continuity in his films calling it "the work of demons" and that films that rely too much on plot are "too confusing". This is why the character of David Out For Blood can't decide how his family perished. When actor Paul Zimmerman(Who was American and didn't speak Italian) pointed out the flaws in continuity, Mark said "No you do like this. Ok? Ok go do acting now!"

-Despite the movie's crappy production, "Gore Zone" magazine once described it as the "Action movie of the year" and that actor Paul Zimmerman was destined to be the "Greatest action star of the new Millennium". This never happened.

-Paul Zimmerman's only acting credits include this movie and it's 3 sequels(The last one being called Out 4 Blood: Crime Warriors In Hell).


Other notes
-The mice in David's hair are the ones from Voltron.
-When finishing up this drawing, I found out that Ray Manzarek of the Doors died. The piece of graffiti near the pay phone is in memory of him.
-Enjoy the new MST3K shadowrama effect. I admit that Suzy and Alison's shadows are copy/pasted from the previous drawing but the seats I think look better this time.
