Cartoon Fighters Clash(Kaiser)

"I don't want to hear your bad singing!"

Initially Dopey Dog was the most obscure character I drew for this, but it looks like I outdid myself. Here we got someone who was a one shot character in an episode that never aired in the U.S. Meet Kaiser, who was the character of the day from the banned Pokemon episode Legend of Dratini. I based his pose off one of the posters for the Dirty Harry film Magnum Force ([link]) since I thought he kind of looked like Clint Eastwood. I wouldn't be surprised if the artists did base him off of Eastwood but considering that show also likes to put in references to obscure Japanese celebrities and tv shows(Like the nods to the anime version of Dog of Flanders in Holy Matrimony) I' am not really sure. At one point I was thinking about making his gun an NES zapper, but in the end I settled for a wild west pistol. Besides that's more Captain N's territory.
